I am Alicia Sanchez and I wear many hats, I am the founder behind "Dear God Are We There Yet," a non-profit volunteer community. I run Felicita & Faustina, a studio shop inspired by my Dominican grandmothers.
A lover of all things marketing email and customer experience is my jam with over 20 years of experience working with some of the most prestigious brands worldwide. I’ve worked at American Express, ESPN, Experience Simmons Research (market research side), Klaviyo, and various agencies, contracting with top-tier email providers like KIT.
Working with Klaviyo completely changed how I look at marketing it showed me the power of strategy, data, and truly connecting with customers.
I left the corporate ladder and all the endless meetings that went nowhere because at the end of the day, results matter more than busywork. I help brands grow with actionable, results-driven strategies without all the BS. My biggest pet peeves? Social media alone is NOT a strategy, and marketing jargon is just dumb.
I’ve tested and executed all my own marketing strategies in my studio shop, landing press and partnerships with Univision, Disney, LEGO, HGTV and even a Times Square billboard. If I can make it work for me, I can make it work for you.
Outside of marketing, I’m a wife and mom to a six-year-old who basically runs the show my very own CEO. Yup, lots of merengue energy over here.
