Alicia started her personal finance journey with over $80k in debt, a negative net worth, and her credit was negatively affected (thanks to piled-up medical bills).
Over the past few years, she’s built a foundation of strategies doubling her income, which led to purchasing out of state investment properties to begin her real estate portfolio, plans to live bi-coastal internationally, & investing for the future and the future of her daughter.
She keeps it 100% real on her social platforms. She still has a mortgage and some student loans but when you have a plan you get things done!
